We have staff that have been trained by COSCO to offer these workshops locally.
Over the last few years, thousands of people throughout B.C. have participated in one of the COSCO Seniors’ Health and Wellness Institute’s free health promotion workshops. Since we launched Falls Prevention in 2007, the demand for workshops and the number of workshops offered have grown exponentially.
We now offer 38 different workshops.
